Pakistan, June 5 -- The founder of India's viral satirical political movement, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), has returned to New Delhi to seek permission for a protest targeting the country's education minister amid growing online support for the campaign.

Abhijeet Dipke, a political communications strategist and graduate of Boston University, announced that he was travelling from the United States to India to pursue a peaceful demonstration scheduled for Saturday.
