Pakistan, July 23 -- Russian forces struck the Ukrainian city of Pavlohrad on Thursday, killing three people and injuring 19 others. Regional officials said the attack involved guided aerial bombs. The casualties included a two-year-old child.
According to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha, the strike targeted Pavlohrad during the day. Emergency responders were deployed to the affected area. Authorities continued rescue and damage assessment operations.
