MOSCOW, May 26 -- Russia on Monday warned that it would launch additional strikes on Kyiv, including attacks targeting what it described as Ukraine's "decision-making centres", while urging foreign citizens and diplomats to leave the Ukrainian capital immediately.

The warning came after Russia carried out a large-scale barrage of drones and missiles across Ukraine over the weekend, killing at least four people and injuring dozens more in Kyiv and other regions.

According to Russian officials, the attacks included the use of the Oreshnik hypersonic missile, which Moscow claims can travel at speeds up to 10 times faster than sound and is capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
