Pakistan, July 10 -- Russia has claimed that 38 civilians, including one child, were killed in Ukrainian attacks over the past week, according to Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. Moscow said the strikes also left hundreds of civilians injured. The claims could further escalate tensions as the war between Russia and Ukraine continues.

Speaking on the latest developments in the conflict, Zakharova said a total of 308 civilians were affected during the reporting period. She stated that 38 people, including one child, were killed, while 270 others, including eight children, sustained injuries. The casualty figures were presented by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
