Pakistan, Aug. 20 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Russia is the only country with expertise across the entire nuclear energy sector. He made the remarks while addressing a meeting on nuclear energy.

Putin said Russia has the capability to operate across the complete nuclear energy chain. He highlighted the country's technical expertise and long-standing experience in the sector.
