Pakistan, May 31 -- Russia and Afghanistan have signed a military and technical cooperation agreement in Moscow, marking a notable step toward strengthening defence relations between the two countries. Officials described the move as part of expanding bilateral engagement in security and strategic sectors.

The agreement was concluded during the first International Security Forum held in the Moscow region, which ran from May 26 to May 29 under the supervision of Russia's Security Council.
