Pakistan, Aug. 4 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said progress has been made in talks with Iran and Oman over increasing ship movement through the Strait of Hormuz. He said Washington hopes to reach an agreement soon.
Speaking to reporters at the State Department, Rubio said discussions had advanced but no final agreement had been reached. He added that negotiations were continuing between the involved parties.
