Pakistan, July 4 -- Religious leaders from multiple faiths on Saturday announced the reconstruction of a collapsed wall at a Sikh dharamshala in Farooqabad, Sheikhupura, rejecting claims that the site had been demolished or occupied. They said the structure remains intact and only a deteriorated wall had collapsed. The visit aimed to reaffirm Pakistan's commitment to protecting minority religious sites.
The delegation, led by Pakistan Ulema Council Chairman Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, included Muslim scholars, Christian representatives, Sikh leaders, Hindu community members, and local traders.
