Pakistan, Nov. 3 -- Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that development activities have resumed across Karachi after a prolonged period, with projects underway in all seven districts without discrimination. He said Sindh was the only province in Pakistan with an established local government system, while Karachi presented a unique example of elected representatives from different political parties working together to resolve public issues.
