Pakistan, June 9 -- The Election Commission of Gilgit-Baltistan (EGB) has ordered re-polling at a women's polling station in constituency GBA-15 after disturbances during voting disrupted the electoral process and prevented many voters from casting their ballots.

According to an official notification issued by the commission, polling at the Loshi Thak women's polling station was declared void following incidents of stone-pelting, gunfire and a worsening law-and-order situation on election day.
