Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- Adviser to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah has said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz will soon announce its position on the issue of creating new provinces. He confirmed that the matter will be discussed during the party's meeting on Sunday before a final decision and official statement are made.

Speaking on a television programme, Rana Sanaullah said the federal government remains stable and faces no immediate political threat. He expressed confidence in the government's position, adding that there was no reason to worry about speculation regarding its future or political stability.
