Pakistan, Aug. 3 -- Prime Minister's Adviser on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah questioned Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi's remarks on creating new provinces. He said any such move must follow the constitutional process and political consensus.

Rana said he could not understand what Naqvi intended to convey. He added that Naqvi's statements appeared inconsistent and required clarification from the minister himself.
