Pakistan, Aug. 17 -- Punjab will introduce activity-based books for students up to Grade 5 from the 2027 academic session, aiming to replace rote learning with practical classroom experiences.
The Punjab Education Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority has already started preparing the new books according to the revised curriculum. Officials said the initiative will introduce a different learning approach across primary classes.
Under the new system, teachers will use activities to explain lessons instead of depending mainly on traditional teaching methods. This approach will encourage students to participate actively and understand concepts through practical classroom tasks.
