Pakistan, Aug. 3 -- The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has launched a new online review facility that allows citizens to challenge incorrectly issued e-challans, making it easier to resolve traffic violation disputes without visiting government offices.

Under the new system, motorists can log in to the official e-challan portal and access the review section to contest a traffic ticket they believe was issued in error. Users can upload supporting documents, photographs, or other relevant evidence to strengthen their claim.
