Pakistan, Sept. 20 -- Punjab Chief Minister (CM), Maryam Nawaz Sharif met Members of the Punjab Assembly (MPAs) and ticket-holders from Multan and sought their proposals for resolving public issues and accelerating development in the district.

The lawmakers and ticket-holders presented suggestions and recommendations regarding public issues and development projects,said a handout issued,here on Saturday.

The CM noted their proposals and directed the departments concerned to take necessary measures.

The Multan lawmakers thanked the chief minister for various development projects in the district and appreciated the construction of the Jalalpur Pirwala and Nooraja Bhutta flood protection bunds in record time.
