Pakistan, Sept. 27 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has lauded Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif for highlighting the Kashmir and Palestine issues at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and effectively representing Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah at the international forum.

In a statement on Saturday, the chief minister expressed appreciation for the prime minister on addressing the UN General Assembly for the fourth consecutive time, saying he had presented Pakistan's position on key international issues with conviction.
