Pakistan, July 11 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Friday directed the authorities concerned to take immediate measures for the resolution of public issues highlighted by members of the Punjab Assembly during a meeting held here.

The meeting was attended by MPAs Amir Hayat Hiraj, Chaudhry Ziaur Rehman, Rana Muhammad Saleem, Akbar Hayat Hiraj, Rana Babar Hussain Abid, Osama Fazal, Asghar Hayat Hiraj and others.

During the meeting, the chief minister announced that the electric bus service would soon be extended to Tulamba, Mian Channu and other areas of Khanewal district.
