Pakistan, May 31 -- After the reduction in the prices of petroleum products, the Punjab Transport Department has also reduced public fares by 4 percent. A meeting was held at the Transport House under the chairmanship of the Secretary Regional Transport Authority Lahore, while representatives of all private transport companies and transporters' unions participated in the meeting. In the meeting, transporters agreed on four decisions to reduce fares. Secretary RTA Rana Mohsin said in this regard that fares will be reduced by 4 percent immediately, all transporters will be obliged to immediately display new fares with a 4 percent reduction.
