Pakistan, Sept. 29 -- The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed bearish trend on Monday, losing 339.60 points, a negative change of 0.20 percent, to close at 170,425.62 points against 170,765.22 points recorded in the previous trading session.

The ready market witnessed a trading volume of 421.016 million shares, compared to 482.759 million shares traded in the previous session, while the traded value decreased to Rs17.736 billion from Rs19.284 billion.

Market capitalisation decreased to Rs18.962 trillion from Rs18.996 trillion recorded a day earlier.

Out of 496 companies that traded in the ready market, 181 posted gains, 267 suffered losses, while 48 remained unchanged. Cnergyico PK led the volume char...
