Pakistan, Oct. 2 -- The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a bearish trend on Thursday, losing 1,332.47 points, a negative change of 0.78 percent, to close at 168,636.85 points against 169,969.33 points recorded in the previous trading session.

The ready market witnessed a trading volume of 548.380 million shares, compared to 591.234 million shares traded in the previous session, while the traded value decreased to Rs 17.053 billion from Rs 20.191 billion.

Market capitalisation decreased to Rs 18.776 trillion from Rs 18.927 trillion recorded a day earlier.
