Pakistan, Aug. 4 -- The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) staged a massive rally on Monday, gaining 2,105.91 points, a positive change of 1.20 percent, to close at 178,200.02 points against 176,094.12 points recorded in the previous trading session.

The ready market witnessed a trading volume of 785.361 million shares, compared to 880.951 million shares traded in the previous session, while the traded value surged to Rs33.140 billion from Rs24.957 billion. Market capitalisation increased to Rs19.953 trillion from Rs19.755 trillion recorded a day earlier.
