Pakistan, Aug. 8 -- The Ministry of Religious Affairs has decided to introduce a new digital system for private Hajj operations in 2027. Under the new system, private Hajj bookings will be processed through the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Private Hajj operators will no longer handle bookings directly.

The ministry plans to align the new system with Saudi Arabia's Nusuk Masar platform. This move aims to modernise the private Hajj scheme and improve its management. For the first time, both government and private Hajj operations will come under the ministry's direct supervision. The ministry will therefore have greater oversight of the entire Hajj process.
