Pakistan, July 27 -- Prince Andrew is facing another public setback as the City of London Corporation moves forward with plans that could strip him of one of his remaining honorary distinctions.

According to a statement from the Corporation, officials are working to establish a new legal process that would allow the authority to decide independently whether to revoke the Freedom of the City of London honour, rather than seeking legislation through Parliament.
