Pakistan, Oct. 8 -- The Pakistan Peoples Party has nominated Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as its new member of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan. Sources said the notification will be issued soon.

The nomination follows the resignation of senior lawyer and PPP Senator Farooq H. Naek from the commission. Naek said he resigned because of personal commitments.
Bilawal had previously withdrawn his nomination from the Judicial Commission in November 2024. He reportedly took the step after concerns over the government's commitment to equal representation.
Sources said Bilawal is expected to convene a meeting of the PPP Central Executive Committee after returning to Pakis...
