Pakistan, Aug. 16 -- Voting is underway in the Sindh Assembly constituency PS-30 Khairpur, where voters are choosing a new representative following the death of PPP lawmaker Naeem Ahmed Kharl.

A total of 254,980 registered voters are eligible to cast ballots, while the Election Commission has established 164 polling stations across Gambat and Sobhodero tehsils.

Of the total polling stations, 64 have been classified as highly sensitive and 68 as sensitive, while the remaining stations have been placed in the normal security category.

Polling started at 8am and will continue until 5pm without a break, allowing voters throughout the constituency to participate in the electoral process.
