Pakistan, May 11 -- Shaheed Benazirabad Police has claimed to have arrest the main suspect involved in the desecration of the Holy Quran within 24 hours of the incident.

According to police on Sunday, the incident occurred in a mosque located in village Golo Dahri within the jurisdiction of Qazi Ahmed Police Station, where the reported desecration caused widespread grief and anger among local residents. Taking immediate notice of the situation, SSP Shaheed Benazirabad Dr. Sameer Noor Channa directed the officers to ensure swift action and emphasized that there would be zero tolerance for any act against religious sanctity.
