Pakistan, June 30 -- Karachi Police arrested more than 738 suspects during a week-long crackdown on crime across the East, West and South zones of the city, following directives issued by Additional Inspector General of Police Karachi Azad Khan.
According to a police spokesman on Monday, district police engaged armed robbers in 21 encounters during the past week. Three suspects were killed in exchanges of fire, while 22 injured robbers and 12 other suspects were arrested.
