Pakistan, April 30 -- The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced the closure of admissions for the 2025-2026 academic session. The decision bars any student admitted after April 15 from registration, affecting medical and dental aspirants nationwide. Institutions and students are directly impacted by the new enforcement.
According to an official notification, all recognised medical and dental colleges have been instructed to stop admissions after the deadline. The council warned that any violation of the rule would breach the PMDC Act 2022. Consequently, students admitted late will not receive registration numbers.
