ISLAMABAD, July 3 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to visit Iran on Friday for high-level meetings with the Iranian leadership, with discussions expected to focus on bilateral relations, regional developments and cooperation on issues affecting the Muslim world.

According to official sources, the prime minister will meet senior Iranian leaders during the visit to review Pakistan-Iran relations and explore ways to strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
