Pakistan, Aug. 22 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ordered an inquiry into the nonfunctional CT coronary angiography facility at PIMS Islamabad. He formed a high-level committee to determine responsibility.

The prime minister directed the committee to investigate the matter comprehensively and establish the facts. He also ordered officials to identify those responsible and submit findings promptly.

The Establishment Division secretary will chair the committee, which includes senior health officials and medical experts. The members also include specialists from AFIC and PIMS.
