Pakistan, Oct. 9 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reaffirmed Pakistan's firm commitment to Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and security under the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement. His statement came amid repeated Houthi attacks on the kingdom. On Friday, he condemned attacks targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and facilities at Abha airport. The attacks caused civilian deaths and injuries. Shehbaz said Pakistan stood firmly with Saudi Arabia's leadership and people during the growing regional crisis.
