Pakistan, July 9 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Quetta on Thursday for a day-long visit to review the law and order situation in Balochistan amid recent security incidents in the province.

According to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the premier was received at Quetta Airport by Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Sarfraz Bugti, along with senior civil and military officials. During the visit, the prime minister is scheduled to chair a high-level meeting to assess the province's security environment and review ongoing measures aimed at maintaining peace and stability.
