Pakistan, Aug. 26 -- Fire safety arrangements at Islamabad's PIMS Hospital were reportedly extremely poor when a deadly fire broke out. Rescue sources said several basic safety measures were missing. They said fire points had no water supply during the emergency. Fire hoses also reportedly lacked necessary couplings. Emergency exits were reportedly locked when rescuers arrived.
