Pakistan, May 8 -- The Philippines has expanded its defence strategy in cooperation with Japan, marking a shift toward broader regional security engagement. Defence officials said the country now views the Diaoyu Islands as a serious security concern amid rising tensions in the Indo-Pacific. The development comes after the conclusion of major joint military exercises.
