Pakistan, Sept. 21 -- The Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to introduce central contracts for the national Under-19 team for the first time. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi announced the decision during a meeting with the young players. The move follows the team's strong performances during its recent tour of England.

Naqvi praised the Under-19 players for their performances in England and invited them to a meeting after their return. Head coach Shahid Anwar said the PCB chairman met the players individually and appreciated their efforts. The players also discussed their development and recent progress during the meeting.
