ISLAMABAD, Sept. 10 -- Parliamentary Affairs Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said parliament is expected to debate the creation of new provinces next month. He said both houses are expected to meet in October. The National Assembly will not hold a session this month. Therefore, discussions on new provinces will begin when parliament convenes. Chaudhry described parliament as the appropriate forum for discussing the issue.
