Pakistan, July 31 -- Palestinian sources on Friday revealed a roadmap for implementing the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement. The proposal outlines governance, disarmament, Israeli military withdrawal, international security arrangements, and reconstruction of the enclave.

According to sources familiar with the draft, implementation would begin within 14 days after approval by all relevant parties. The plan also requires a complete halt to military operations and full implementation of humanitarian measures before the next phase begins.
