Pakistan, Nov. 6 -- Pakistani security forces successfully foiled a major cross-border infiltration attempt by a Fitna al-Khawarij terrorist group in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Kurram district. Security sources confirmed that a heavily armed militant formation attempted to breach Pakistani territory through the strategic Shalozan sector on Thursday. Furthermore, alert border guards detected the movement early and launched an immediate defense operation to stop the intruders. Consequently, security personnel effectively blocked the militants before they could establish any foothold inside the country. Therefore, quick tactical coordination prevented potential attacks on nearby civilian settlements and military outposts.
