Pakistan, Aug. 23 -- Pakistan's rice exports to China surged in the first seven months of 2026 to $122.99 million, China Economic Net reported on Saturday the latest trade statistics released by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC).

This represents a remarkable 200.49% year-on-year increase compared to the $40.93 million recorded during the same period in 2025.

In terms of volume, total shipments grew by 265.55%, leaping from 98,723 metric tons in Jan-July 2025 to 360,887 metric tons in Jan-July 2026, solidifying Pakistan's position as a premier grain supplier to the Chinese market.
