Pakistan, Oct. 17 -- The Government of Pakistan, through the Ministry of National Heritage & Culture Division and the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), has warmly welcomed a high-level cultural delegation from Bangladesh upon its arrival in Pakistan for a series of cultural exchange programmes scheduled to take place during the current week.
