Pakistan, July 11 -- Pakistan is expected to receive an additional $3.6 billion from the International Monetary Fund over the next 14 months under ongoing loan programmes. The funding will be released through the Extended Fund Facility and Resilience and Sustainability Facility, but each tranche will depend on Pakistan meeting agreed economic reforms and targets. The financing is aimed at supporting economic stability and long-term recovery.
According to official documents, the combined value of Pakistan's two IMF programmes stands at $8.4 billion.
