Pakistan, Sept. 24 -- Pakistan carried out aerial and drone strikes on 10 locations in Afghanistan. Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said the sites were linked to drone operations. The strikes followed an attempted drone incursion from Afghan territory.

Tarar said Pakistan's air defence systems detected and tracked the incoming drones. According to him, the systems neutralised all the drones before they reached their targets. He said the response targeted identified military objectives connected with the attempted attacks.
