Pakistan, Sept. 10 -- Pakistan has extended an unusual public diplomatic greeting to North Korea on the country's 78th founding anniversary. President Asif Ali Zardari sent a message to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Wednesday. He described relations between Pakistan and North Korea as cordial and based on mutual trust. Zardari also expressed hope that bilateral ties would continue to grow. The Foreign Office separately issued a public message congratulating Pyongyang.
