Pakistan, Sept. 16 -- Pakistan has secured fuel supplies for September and reduced risks for October requirements. Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik said the government is now planning for November. Uncertainty over the regional conflict has prompted Pakistan to prepare additional supply options.
Malik said Pakistan has adequate stocks despite the current risks affecting regional energy supplies. He said September requirements remain covered under existing arrangements. He added that even difficult conditions would not threaten October supplies.
