Pakistan, April 22 -- Pakistan has decided to enhance airport security and passenger facilitation through a joint strategy between the Interior and Defence ministries. The decision was taken in a high-level meeting focused on improving coordination among relevant institutions. The move aims to strengthen security while ensuring faster services for passengers.

The meeting was chaired by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and attended by senior civil and military officials. Participants included State Minister for Interior Talal Chaudhry, Interior Secretary Muhammad Khurram Agha, and Defence Secretary Lieutenant General (retd) Muhammad Ali. Senior officials from key security and investigative agencies also participated in the discussions.
