Pakistan, Sept. 26 -- Pakistan Navy has seized more than 2,800 kilograms of narcotics during an operation in the Arabian Sea. The drugs were valued at approximately $750 million in international markets. The seizure came during routine maritime security patrols conducted by two naval vessels.

PNS Hunain and PNS Yarmook carried out the counter-narcotics operation, according to the navy. Their crews intercepted a suspicious boat during regular patrol activities. They then boarded the vessel and conducted a detailed inspection. Hidden compartments contained more than 2,800 kilograms of narcotics.
