Pakistan, April 30 -- Pakistan Navy has commissioned its first Hangor-class submarine in China, marking what officials described as a major milestone in the country's naval modernization and defense capabilities.

President Asif Ali Zardari attended the commissioning ceremony as the chief guest, while Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf was also present on the occasion.
