Pakistan, Oct. 12 -- 'Deterrence' as a concept in the domain of security has survived and remains relevant today and since the time immemorial. The concept has prominently appeared in the Holy Books of all Abrahamic religions and given by the ancient thinkers form different regions. All ancient religions and the Abrahamic religions reflect the efficacy of the concept to manage the affairs of the state.

My definition of deterrence has always been 'Dare Not' with a nuclear strategy of 'Ready Deterrence' published internationally in my books and articles. Though Pakistan has not yet adopted it and remains at 'Quid pro-quo Plus', but there is at least one service that seems to follow my precepts. Details in the following paragraphs.
