The statement came during a federal cabinet meeting chaired in Islamabad. The meeting reviewed the country's political, economic, and security situation. Officials were briefed on Pakistan's diplomatic role in facilitating talks.
According to sources, the prime minister informed cabinet members about Pakistan's efforts in bringing Iran and the United States to the negotiating table. He said it was a significant achievement to bring both sides together after decades. He added that Pakistan remains hopeful for constructive outcomes from the dialogue process.
