Pakistan, Aug. 18 -- Pakistan fought back twice before drawing 3-3 with Wales in their second Pool D match at the Hockey World Cup. The result gave Pakistan their first point of the tournament.

Abdul Rehman opened the scoring for Pakistan in the third minute. Wales responded through Gareth Furlong before Rhys Bradshaw gave them a 2-1 lead.

Pakistan entered the final quarter trailing but produced a strong response. Sufyan Khan equalised through a penalty corner before Hannan Shahid restored Pakistan's lead.

Wales refused to concede defeat and levelled again through Furlong. The Welsh forward converted a penalty stroke in the 53rd minute to complete his brace.
